We do not operate any account creation, login, or purchase system on this site.
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We may follow up by email, phone, or text message at the contact details you provide, based on your indicated inquiry type and any consent you give regarding phone/text contact.
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site: pages visited, time spent, and general geographic region. Google Analytics does not load unless you explicitly accept analytics using the consent banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics data is collected. Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months. You can change your choice at any time using the "Privacy choices" link in the footer.
Google Analytics is operated by Google LLC. When analytics are enabled, data is transferred to Google. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
The Peptide Science Alliance page has two forms on it. Both are interest lists. Neither one takes money, neither one asks you for money, and neither one is a donation form.
What the "Join the Alliance" form collects. Your first name, last name and email address. Your organization or affiliation, if you choose to fill that in. Which of the listed ways you might want to be involved, from the checkbox list on the page. Anything you write in the optional "anything you would like me to know" box. And whether you ticked the box asking for email updates.
What the researcher form collects. Your name and email address. Your institution or affiliation. Your area of research, and the peptide or topic you work on. What you are working on now, and what research you would like to conduct. Whether you are open to speaking with the organization as it develops. And whether you ticked the box asking for email updates.
What both forms also record. The date and time you submitted, your IP address, and your browser's user agent string. Those three are kept to catch abuse of the form, and for nothing else.
What these forms never ask for and never store. Health information. No conditions, no symptoms, no medications, no peptide use, no dosing, no lab results. The code that receives these forms accepts only the fields listed above, and anything else sent to it is thrown away instead of being saved or emailed.
Why we collect it. To know who is interested in this work, to write back to you personally, and to send you updates if you asked for them. It is not used for advertising and it is not used to build a profile of you.
Where it is stored. Each submission is written to a file on this site's own web server, in a folder that sits outside the public website directory and cannot be reached from the internet. A copy of each submission is also emailed to robin@heastoninnovations.com. If you ticked the email-updates box, that choice is recorded along with your email address in this site's own first-party consent log, so there is a dated record of what you agreed to. No advertising network, mailing-list vendor, data broker or other outside company receives any of it.
How long it is kept. For as long as the Peptide Science Alliance interest list is in use, or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first.
Analytics events on that page. If, and only if, you accepted analytics using the consent banner, that page sends Google Analytics events for how far down the page you scrolled, clicks on the two buttons that jump to the forms, the first time you type in a form, and the moment you submit one. The submit event records which of the two forms it was and which involvement checkboxes were ticked. It does not include your name, your email address, your organization, or anything you typed into a text box. If you declined analytics, or have not answered the banner yet, none of these events are sent at all.
How to be removed. Email robin@heastoninnovations.com and say you want off the Peptide Science Alliance list. Any wording is fine, and you do not owe anybody a reason. Your record is deleted from the stored file and you are dropped from any future updates. You can use the same address to ask for a copy of what is held about you, or to have it corrected.
Contact form submissions may be processed through Heaston Innovations' CRM system (heastoninnovations.com). Peptide Science Alliance interest-form submissions do not go to that CRM or to any other outside system; they stay on this site's own server and in Robin's email. No other third-party processors receive your personal data from this site.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their marketing purposes.
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of your inquiry or as required by law. Peptide Science Alliance interest-form submissions are kept as described in that section above. You may request deletion of either at any time.
You may request to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Submit requests to: robin@heastoninnovations.com.
We may update this policy periodically. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
